After nine days into our trip we see two large cruise ships are at the Kralendijk pier. The two ships around 6 am and they are large, the one on the left with a capacity of 3200 passengers and the other with a capacity of 3600 passengers. The island's population is about 16,000. The recent issue (March 7-21) of the the Bonaire Reporter (
here) has a nice article about the impact cruise ship visits have on the island.
We had two dives today - morning at Te Amo Beach and the afternoon in front of the Bellafonte. At Te Amo we saw the Seahorse. I transported my Seahorse photo to another photo of a Parrotfish - thanks to Photoshop. Also shown is a landscape of the Te Amo site. Very early into the afternoon dive we encoutered a very large Rainbow Parrotfish.
